Morgan Projects (MP) is a boutique investment firm based in Phoenix, AZ that focuses on opportunistic commercial and residential real estate investing, as well as small business development.

MP was founded in August of 2011 by Peter Morgan and Laura Morgan when they identified a dislocation in the residential housing market in Phoenix, AZ. Peter and Laura spent the better part of 3 years building a portfolio of over 200 single family residences for rent. Their work in real estate has continued to expand to include Halcyon, a brand devoted to ground up residential development of single family attached townhouses for sale and for rent, as well as opportunistic commercial redevelopment in the Southwestern United States. Morgan Project’s investment thesis expanded into entrepreneurship in June of 2013 when Peter and Laura identified a growing trend in boutique fitness. In the last 11 years they've grown Reformed Pilates, an original concept, from one to eleven units. They are currently planning to grow Reformed Pilates to a total of 50 studios across 5-10 additional markets.
